To create a customer account, simply click on the »Login« button in the menu bar, then on the »Registration« link in the login section and fill in the registration form. You can also easily create your customer account while placing your first order. In both cases, you will need to enter your email address and a secret password. With this data, you can then log in to your client account at any time, allowing you to view, verify, and manage your data.
In the main title of the main page, under “Login”, click on “Forgot your password?” And enter the e-mail address registered within the customer account. We will send you an email to enter your new password. You can then change this password as you like.

Unfortunately, you cannot use the coupons afterwards, this is not technically possible. If you forgot to use the coupon, you will be able to use it during your next purchase within the expiry date of the coupon.

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you have the option to cancel it. Our warehouse will quickly reserve the pieces you have ordered, which is why it may not be possible to cancel your order even after a few minutes. There is no maximum limit on orders. The maximum amount of the order depends on the selected payment service provider.

To verify the delivery status of your order, use the tracking code on the delivery confirmation, which you can track through the MPL parcel tracking system.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to send a parcel to a parcel point or collection point.
Currently, we only deliver packages to Hungary.
In case of collection in person, it is necessary to pick up the package within 2 working days after the confirmation of the order in our shop in the hall of the Semmelweis University Centre for Theoretical Medicine between 10 am and 4 pm. If the pickup does not take place within the given deadline, we will unfortunately not be able to hand the parcel over.
After checking the returned products, we will refund the invoice amount via the payment method you used. Please be sure to return the products in the condition in which you received them.
As soon as we have received the parcel and checked it, we will send the invoice amount to you within 14 days, using the payment method you used during your order.
If a product delivered by us is not in any OK, bring it to us in person to Semmelweis University Center for Theoretical Medicine (1094 Bp., Tűzoltó utca 37-47). As soon as the product arrives to us and is checked, the refund process will start on the path you provided as the payment method. The customer service staff will be happy to help you with your complaint.

You will receive your refund the way specified as your payment method. In case of payment by card, the amount will be refunded to the specified account.
